| My husband and I moved to Snohomish County, Washington from Southern Oregon 11 years ago. After working with my husband for 20 years in the construction business, I felt the world of Real Estate would be my new direction. Now after 11 years, I find real estate challenging and rewarding and I am able to help support our household. |

| During the past 11 years I have listed and sold all types of properties; large vacant parcels of land for short platting, first time buyers, starter homes, homes & ranches, with selling prices over half a million dollars. I have also listed subdivisions of duplex homes and condominiums, helped with finding financing for the projects and created detailed marketing plans. |

| I feel that no matter what size, type or price, each and every property needs to have my attention as if it is the only property I am working on. Service and marketing are my top priorities in my business. I feel that signs do not sell properties; signs announce the sale, but agents sell the properties. Networking with active agents will sell properties and I enjoy sharing information on the properties I have listed. I have found that networking through the office, and agents I come in contact with, is very helpful in finding upcoming listing for my buyers. I am a full time agent working with both buyers & sellers. |
